Tough call.  The traditional counting stats (2000 hits, low 300s for HRs) says no, but will HOF voters b a bit more sophisticated by the time he gets eligible around 2027-2030?

I think with modern voters Votto might already be in and he's not done being a productive hitter yet. Under the old school way of voting Votto probably isn't in with his HRs, hits and RBI totals.
