Tsuyoshi Wada. Never made it out of the minors for the O's but the Cubs got some solid production from him. 20 starts.

Said the Orioles signed him to a two year deal in 2011. Sucks he never made it. I would just wanna see a more eager approach by Baltimore to go out and search for Japanese players. I don't know why they don't and other teams constantly have Japanese players on their teams every year.
