Makes me wonder how many other players could have been legitimate two way players if teams had allowed it.

Akin wasn't awful last time out, Friday vs the Braves.   And now 3 innings, 1 run today with a ton of Ks.

Always good to get the no hitter out of the way.   Would have been a bummer to be no hit the day after last night's feel good experience.

That would have been like that time we came from about 9 runs down in Fenway to beat the Red Sox that time.    One of our biggest comebacks ever.

Then in a day game less than 18 hours later we blew a huge lead in similar fashion, took all the steam out of feeling good about the first game.
