Even if the CBA stays the same from that point, Rutschman will only start in AAA for a week or two at most. They won't keep him down to June.

I gotta imagine a deal gets done very soon if all the reports coming out  are correct. they don't seem too far apart.

I get it. I would rather see the better players as I'm sure most people would. 

 

The money aspect is beyond comprehension for regular people. Just put the best team on the field and the pay generally works itself out.

I hope they get this right, because I don’t see fans coming back in the numbers they did after the 1994 strike if this season gets disrupted.
