Promoted after 17 innings in Bowie this year.   Wonder if he could come to Baltimore later this summer.

Yeah he had more Bowie innings in 2022 but he was much less effective a year ago.

‘Bout time for Kjerstad.  How soon can he be ready to take Mountcastle’s job?

Coby Mayo is another guy that could be an immediate upgrade over Mountcastle.  Any chance we see him in Baltimore this year?

If he isn't promoted to Norfolk very soon (I would pick July 1 as an arbitrary cut-off) then I think it's highly unlikely.  I would already say it's a long shot for 2023.

I don't know how much the MLB club and Baysox marketing department collaborate, but this past weekend the Bowie scoreboard was advertising COBY MAYO SQUISH PILLOW for sometime in the middle of July.

But they also had Gunnar Henderson bobbleheads in the scroll, so a guy isn't always automatically there for his promo.

At this point, I guess they’re just giving them a taste of what to expect next year.  They’re starting 2024 in Aberdeen either way.
