Elias has to feel like a kid in a candy store at this point.

He has player assets galore. He supposedly has money to spend. Other teams and agents know both of these things. His phone must be ringing off the hook. It’s like a choose your own adventure book. 
 

I almost don’t even find it interesting to discuss because the options are too numerous to decipher.

1. I'd sign a FA starting pitcher.  I'd overspend and try to get Rodon.  He's going to cost a mint, but he's 28 and lefty and solid. 2. I'd trade Mountcastle.  I just don't think he'll ever have

I’d trade for a backup catcher who can be counted upon to hit .250 with a .315+ ish OBP.  If his defense is good I’m not overly concerned with power. Just want someone who is not an automatic out.
