*Based on the forecast, I would say there is a good chance of a delay at some point but a total rainout seems very unlikely.

*DISCLAIMER:  I work in a basement office.   I haven't been upstairs in the vicinity of a window since around 11:30 AM.   I don't know if it is raining, sunny, or snowing outside my building.   I'm just about to leave work and head out to the parking lot and I will find out one way or another.   My first paragraph is based on looking at a weather site a few hours ago and checking the hourly forecast.
