Credit to Jack for digging down deep and working out of a jam. He still had good control of his pitches and that impressed me.

Credit to Brandon Hyde for letting Flaherty pitch out if the jam.

And Credit to Elias and Sigbot for seeing the potential in Flaherty and looking smarter than every one else by getting him. 

Also Credit to Adley Rutschman for working so well with Jack and allowing Flaherty to be comfortable in his first start as an Oriole.

I don’t think Hyde had much choice.  Aren’t many guys in the pen that can come in with runners on.
