Seems like the Orioles could consider using one of those guys as a long man tonight and then get him back into the rotation with a normal amount of rest before his next start.

Kremer is the guy on 5 days rest today.  So you could use him tonight and then Gibson tomorrow on normal rest.   But I'd rather have Kremer on the mound tomorrow, so that's a bit of a dilemma.
