Kremer didn't help things running out of gas in the fifth inning. If Tyler Wells is ready the Orioles need to consider calling him up soon. Pickups like Webb have been a good story, but how much can the Orioles really trust them.

Can’t really hit LHP pitching.   Offense has its moments but Gunnar effectiveness below average against LHP, O’Hearn doesn’t play,  McKenna can’t hit, cold Santander as RHP = no runs.

Using Lopez tonight in that spot was terrible. 

This is another example of Hyde relying on short sample sizes (like he's done with Hicks) and sentimentality over performance and talent.

Lopez has been awful all season. He's not the same guy that he was for the Orioles last season, and his previous clean inning doesn't mean that he's a reliable option in a high leverage situation.

We have a better win percentage and ops against LHP starters than righties this year.
