Fastball/curveball guy. He’d be comp for the #5 spot, but could fill a hole in the pen if Wells wins the #5 spot.

Kimbrel, Cano, German, Webb, Baumann, Tate(has option), Baker(has option), Hensley(has option)

I would look at it has Kimbrel is the Bautista replacement.  Wells is the Gibson replacement. German is the Fuji replacement. 

What type of contract are we talking about. 1/6-8 million?

Also, the little PR could represent a buy low spot for Elias. We can withstand a little PR hit like that. Sign him to 1 yr $5-8 million and let him compete for the 5th spot or at least be the reliever we needed when we traded for Fuji last deadline. 

Obviously, I don’t feel great about the DV stuff. But in terms of alcholism, every deserves a 2nd chance. He and the victim may have even worked past that. Who knows?
