I also think pitchers were challenging Cowser based on last year. Now they will adjust. Hopefully he adjusts with them.

The pitching comes out in the wash. But more importantly, Kimbrel looks good!

Michael Lorenzen, who didn't sign with the Rangers until less than a week before the season, made his first start tonight and threw 5 3-hit shutout innings (he did walk 5).   Beat the Tigers 1-0.

He also threw a no hitter in his first game after beating traded.  He was sitting on the bench at the end of the season.
