When his teams start to lose.  He traded for this guy for the A ball arm they received.  You don’t mention his getting Bautista, Cano, Perez or Columbe do you?

Right and how has he mishandled Adley, Gunnar, Westy and Cowser? Just because he didn't bring them up fast enough? Look at what happened with Holliday.

Exactly. The window opened faster than they figured and didn't get the luxury of letting a bunch of guys struggle all year in '23 like they planned to I suspect.

When is Elias going to start to get criticized for how he handles a major league roster? He's mishandled most of his own prospects, and he has crazy obsessions with awful relievers and terrible waiver wire hitters (McKenna, Phillips, Kemp).

Maybe when we are not winning 100 games.  I am not too worried about our 26th man, he might get 1 more chance then DFA him and see if they can fix him in AAA.  He was cleary overthrowing today as he was 98-100 when he is 96-97 guy.  Walks have been bad but not as bad as today.  Just glad we got him into game 11-0 and not had to bring him in an actual close game.

He'd probably get snagged on waivers by a team with nothing to lose.

Gunnar and Adley were handled appropriately, Cowser and Westburg were absolutely not. Both Cowser and Westburg were platooned and weren't given a fair shot to play every day, which hurt their development and prevented the team from optimizing the lineup for the playoffs.

Joey Ortiz was badly mishandled as well, and what he's shown in Milwaukee is a reflection of that.
