Not this forum, but I was in a Madden league with Chris McAlister on a sports-gaming forum years ago.  I beat him down in our first game, and he got me good on the next one we played.  That league also had an assistant coach with the Buffalo Bills.

^^^That being said, there number is small, but there are likely a handful of ex-Orioles or local-ish celebrities who are incognito on here.

Yeah I think the organizations are fine with the players posting on Facebook, twitter (X) and instagram.  Those are just too big.

Just not on individual fan sites.  Although my guess is many read them.

I remember Jake Arrieta had to delete a blog he put out in college, likely specifically because it was posted on here. There really wasn't anything bad in it, he talked about getting wasted on a beach or something.

LOL... that probably had nothing to do with him being traded. Who was the pitcher who was referring to Jim Palmer as a has been when he was offering up advice?

That was years before so yea, it probably didn't.  He also wasn't wrong about the facilities.

Rumor has it that it was Matusz but I don't think it was ever confirmed.

That was anonymous.  Some speculated it was Matusz, based on nothing other than their dislike of Matusz.
