Hmm, now, let's see. "Uehara" literally means "upper" or "top" (ue 上) "field" (hara 原). But "hara" is homophonous with a word for "belly, stomach" (as in "hara-kiri"--literally, slicing one's belly). So it could be "pulling an upper abdominal muscle." :P
