5/27: A's at O's

This will eventually be his downfall. This move is just rife with silliness. We all jumped on it simultaneously.

And maybe it works out and it's essentially a moot point, but I just don't really get it. Berken hasn't shown he can't get lefties out..let's hope it doesn't come back to haunt us.

2010 Stats

Hendrickson vs. lefties : .333 BAA

Berken vs. lefties: .194 BAA

Barton vs. lefties: .283 BA

Sweeney vs. lefties: .244 BA

Sweeney would be the one that backs up his decision. Everything else, no sense at all.

Come on Dave.

I'm late to the game here, but why is Bergy out of the game?

Gave up 2 hits to start the 8th.

Then DT proceeded to pull Berken after 1 batter in a classic micromanage situation.

You may be just in time for things to get crazy on here!

Thank you sir. Should have kept JB in.

I don't know about you guys, but generally speaking I feel much more confident with Berken on the mound as opposed to Hendrickson. Matchups be damned. (which DT claims to not care about, but his actions certainly say otherwise)
