I was sick as hell Saturday (especially) and Sunday (less so)...the Orioles lost Saturday (badly) and Sunday (less so, in a way). Let's hope these have a high Pearson's r value, especially since I'm back to "normal"....

Lineups to come....

I hate modern day hitters that just lean in, dig in and foul off every pitch....at some point Bergesen should have thrown it right under Branyan's chin...

What should have been a great start in the first inning is now a complete mess..even if Bergesen gets out of it, he has been mortally wounded in terms of having to throw 20-25 pitches.

I was noticing that too. That can't be right.

I was thinking the exact same thing. I don't recall him pitching nearly that hard. If this is a fast gun that isn't good when Matusz is hitting 89-90 though.

The Mariners line-up is an example of what could have happened to the Orioles had we signed certain players like Figgins or Branyan. I recall posters wanting to sign them last off-season. Figgins looks bad this year, and Branyan is playing like he did most every year besides last.
