Yup, I think it speaks to the team's lack of faith in our current core. Will we do what it takes to retain Britton/Matusz/Arrieta when Bundy/Machado arrive?

Looks like 2015 is our earliest hope at contending.

Bundy is supposed to move quickly for a HS pitcher from what I've read.

Wow step off the ledge. Come on man Dylan Bundy might be the best player in the draft. He could get here just as fast as the college guys. Rendon must be really banged up.

Who's on a ledge, chief?

All I'm saying is that it sucks that it's another HS arm, and we'll be bracing, yet again, for another push back for the date we expect to contend.

I never said Bundy isn't going to be good, the disappointment for me is that so is Rendon, and he would have been here a lot more quickly.

Need to know what's up with Rendon's medicals before I know how I feel about passing.

THAT BEING SAID, I am THRILLED with the Bundy selection. Future ace, could plow through the system. Neck and neck with Starling as BPA on board (sans an injured Rendon), less risk and better fit for the development system.

Orioles fans will be very happy with Dylan Bundy.
