I would feel like someone that was interacting with anonymous users on an internet message board.

I have been called worse for less.

I've been on these boards since the site started. I like scOtt's posts for the most part and in all the years he's been on here, I've never seen him go off like that. That is a fact. This constant ganging up on people should stop. Ask yourself, has he ever done that before? To anyone? I've seen posters do that and they are not part of the boards much longer after that. It was just totally uncalled for. I've ripped players with language, but never another poster.
