I just don't see it. The Twins are pretty much in the driver's seat on this one and I think they had better offers for Santana from the Sox.

Actually, I don't think this is crazy at all. Certainly no more crazy than the idea that the Tigers would trade Maybin AND Miller at the same time. The only part that's at all hard to believe is that the Mets would give up Jose Reyes, but Santana is the one pitcher out there that the Mets might find it worthwhile to break the bank for, and they would get a couple of other useful pieces back in the trade as well.

Not if they want to win this year. Crosby is terrible offensively. His stats look more like a UTI to me.
