One can easily make the case that Betemit's lack of thinking has cost the Orioles 6 runs in these past two games. We can't afford him playing third base any longer

He is struggling mightily to figure out how national league games are played.

Why on gods green earth do you bring in the longman for 2/3 of an inning when we are just pinch hitting for him next inning?

He had a sure 5-4-3dp and decided to go home and wound up getting the lead runner, hwoever, the next two runners moved up, which is where the next two runs came from.

It's not like he's hitting 300 or hitting 30 dingers. I really think we need to dump Betemit. He's adding nothing
