I don't really understand why Tolleson is in the game, but not playing at 3rd. I'll take Tolly at 3rd and Betemit in the OF as opposed to the opposite. On top of that, I don't really understand why Chavez isn't just DFA'd and bring Avery back up.

Seriously. We should kept Andino in at 3b and let Betemit pinch hit later if we were going to go that route.

Buck wanted Betemit, who is in a small hot streak, to lead off and to delay the pitcher coming to bat, allowing Eveland to stay in the game longer. Normal NL move.

Showwalter has been absolutely abysmal this series.

He is struggling mightily to figure out how national league games are played.

Why on gods green earth do you bring in the longman for 2/3 of an inning when we are just pinch hitting for him next inning?

Horrible horrible managing buck.

You need to look at that again. he did the opposite of what you said
