How do you throw a 98 mph 2-seam fastball that sinks down and away from the batter? I can understand throwing that pitch at like 88-90 mph but usually a pitch going 98 is going to be straight as a laser. Holy moly.

Depends on what happens here. If it's still 4-0. I'd put him in to get him some work to keep his arm fresh. If we get a couple, either leave Pedro in there or put someone else in there.
