Why isn't Dickerson getting starts against lefties in favor of Valencia? Is Dickerson banged up?

Seems odd to me that Nate McLouth gets strictly platooned but Valencia, a much worse hitter, is yet to sit.

Been wondering about that myself. Yesterday it was Dickey and apparently splits go out the window with a knunckleballer, so that was fine. Didn't expect to see Valencia in there over Dickerson today though.

I think Davis should bat 3rd v Righties. Hes getting on base at an amazing rate this season

The best hitters should bat #1 , 2, and 4. For me that's Markakis, Manny, and Davis. The rest of the line up who cares. It makes little difference IMO.

I don't know why they called him up. I was listening to 106.7 and they were worried about this guy Karns pitching. They also called Miguel Gonzalez an inconsistent pitcher. They are idiot.
