Looks like they wanted someone with power potential to play in the OF to try to replace Granderson for the time being.

1.5M for a year, so if Granderson comes back on schedule and healthy, they really could cut Boesch and not look back, if he isn't working out.

Boesch became the latest player listed on the Bombers’ injury report, getting scratched from Friday’s game in Fort Myers with a left rib cage injury.
