Tillman would get in the game if the NL bats wake up and start absolutely destroying these AL power relievers. Even if the game ends in regulation. Leyland wouldn't let the same guy sit there and give up 5 runs like a regular season game. He would keep using pitchers. Eventually you would need Tillman, and save Mariano for the 9th of course.
