Meh, are they saying anything about Cano that we don't still say about Mussina?

Well, the difference is we don't regularly sign other teams' longtime players for big contracts, grinning the entire time about how great it is to play in Baltimore and how we have 3 Championships, etc.

Also, Mussina went to New York, which at the time was still a pretty recent rival of sorts. Same division, we had played them in a bitter 1996 ALCS and the 1998 brawl. It would have been like if Ray Lewis had gone to play for the Steelers after 2008...
