Nothing to make up for. Pearce had a good AB in a tough situation. And the O's shouldn't have lost the way they did, regardless.

Again...the Rays are the worst team in MLB. Winning one tonight would not make up for losing last night.

I'm talking about with regard to luck. I agree that we should be beating Tampa Bay, but last night our luck was bad. On that flyball, and what was good.

Teams where running with wreckless abandon against Clevenger. They have no respect for him. He's a better hitter than probably Joseph and Hundley, but unless he can do something about his throwing he won't catch for Buck.

It's not about letting anyone win games. I'd rather we win ALL the games. But I'm not going to be angry or upset if we go 2-1. So, at least in my eyes, winning this one is moving in the right direction to "make up" for last night.
