How would Chen have been a much better deal for the Angels? Chen is under control for 1 more year, Heaney is under control for 6 more years. Not to mention Heaney has a much higher upside than Chen as he's rated one of the top prospects in baseball.

What is your fascination with this? You had made several posts lambasting DD about it. Heaney was a huge oversell for the Dodgers.

The Orioles supposedly said no to Chen for Kendrick. The Angels got the better deal with the Dodgers.
