The scariest thing to me is that we have 17 runs after 6 innings which would not be on pace to score 30 in 9 innings like that 30-3 game. I watched every pitch of it and it was horrifying. We were so bad at that point.

I think that was the low point of the drought. As you probably recall Trembley had his interim tag removed that day as he had been doing a nice job but then that happened. We were actually leading it after 3 too I think so we allowed 30 in 6 innings.

To a large degree that game was a product of the game that followed it. The O's had to leave guys out there dying on the vine because they had a second game to play.
