It seemed like they weren't getting anything of excellent value. I also think they probably want to shed that reputation of "farm team" for other teams.

Better to hold off on anyone other than Kennedy, venable and Benoit. Kennedy was probably going to go they made up some BS on how his wife was about to give birth and he was going to miss start tonight. Then bad weather in Florida got his flight cancelled, fittingly after 4pm, and he's now starting tonight
