W/O a doubt another established arm should be added to the staff. Loushe... The St Louis Cards Loushe I would sign in a heart beat. Now the Brewers Loushe I would hold off on. Now Lincecum I would sign. Much higher ceiling and it's well known of the "distractions" Tim was having in SF. Clean slate could really rejuvenate his game. Loushe will be cheaper though.

Jon Heyman says the Orioles have made an offer to Kyle Lohse who is represented by Scott Boras. His last contract was a 3 year deal for $33 million.

Lohse has been throwing weekly simulated games that consist of 90 pitches. The Tigers, Reds and Orioles are all interested.

Could be a good idea. Seemed to have a lot of bad luck last year. Or, his HR rate spiked because he reached the age where SP are rarely productive. Most of his other numbers seemed to be consistent with previous years.
