The comment was, "The talent within 45 mins of DC is the best in the country & 2nd isn't particularly close. You can win a national title with just DMV talent." I don't know you really judge this, but if you look at this percentage of blue chip talent, even if you add in all of MD, VA, and DC you come up with 6.5%. That's till less than 4 states. Miami, Dalls, Houston and Los Angeles have huge amound of talent coming from their area. 

Anyway, this area does have a lot of talent, but to say it's #1 in the country and #2 is not close is an exaggeration. Even though I'm a baseball guy, i can do some research when things don't sound right. lol
