The O’s have signed free agent pitcher Jeffeson Medina to a MiLB contract. He was with HiA Seattle last year.

The O’s have signed infielder Zach Vincej to a MiLB contract. He was also with Seattle last year, and very briefly in the majors.

I saw him in the Arizona Fall League in 2016.  Played short and showed OK range at that position. Check out his range factor per 9 innings versus the all time MLB greats at the position:

He may be better at 2B where he's seen limited action in the minors.

He was exceptionally hot at the plate and exhibited power that he has yet to demonstrate before or since. Though older than Vielma (and, I believe, out of options), Vincej is probably the best backup shortstop in the O's organization.
