Is this the one?   Or is this just a minor depth signing and is Elias still in the market for another starting pitcher candidate?

Though I doubt they are done.

Also, he might just be competition against Ty Blach for the lefty role incase they need an emergency starter.

Cobb   4.90 ERA in 2018  before missing most of last season this injuries

Wojo   4.92 ERA after joining the O's in mid season last year.

Kohl Stewart 4.79 ERA career number in the MLB

Bailey   Will try to make the jump from AA

LeBlanc   5.71 ERA last season 

Seems like he fits right in until the AAA prospects begin to arrive.

I was thinking Wade Miley under an assumed name.

Career 90 ERA+. Decent in '18. Not so much last season. I mean....sure. He could gobble up 120-140 innings or so.

Seattle used Leblanc following a RH opener.  

So Rucker, Hess, Bailey, etc..., would go the first 1-2 IP then Leblanc would come in. Oddly enough Leblanc had reverse splits last year. 

We’ll see what happens. Good value on a milb deal. He can definitely eat innings.

Sounds to me like Akin is destined to get a month or so in AAA, if they are indeed not done. Which is fine. I do start to wonder about Bailey finding a spot if they're keen to keep him. Long way from that though, anything can happen.

I am pining for Cashner.  He'd make me feel so much better about the rotation.

Given LeBlanc’s recent history as the innings eater behind an opener, it might make sense to see LeBlanc throw down innings behind Rucker or Bailey.
