O's sign Wade LeBlanc

I remember checking Leblanc’s splits last year, and I thought that he turns every hitter he faces into an All Star. That was when he was pitching in SEA. 

His role though isn’t to get positive results. A 5.50 ERA is fine. His role is to eat innings so that we can evaluate players in their proper roles.

Some bad defense and some brutal home-plate umpiring are generally not a good combination for a marginal starting pitcher.
