Seriously, it sounds like he'd be a good addition - scouting report says throws mid 90's, can touch 97, and has a nice cutter.  Curve and changeup aren't good, but at least he has a get me over curve.  A team like the O's needs all the bullpen depth it can get.

I hope so.  As @Ruzious said, this team needs all the help it can get.

I doubt the guy is an answer but I get why Elias would want to take a look.  Maybe through the constant waiver wire claims and roster shuffling a guy or two that can stick and be part of a winning team can be found.

No. He’s out of options. I can see mike signing him to a minor league contract If he becomes a free agent, but no.

He only has to be better than any one of Hess, Lakins, Phillips, etc. I'd take a shot based on nothing more than 2 minutes on baseball reference.
