On the replay, I didn't see the Judge one hit his jersey at all. Absolutely zero evidence of contact. It came maybe a centimeter away and the high velocity wind in the wake of the ball might have barely had an effect on his jersey, but the ball itself did not touch. It was pretty obvious. And of course he came around to score.
