Francisca is from Curacao, turned 18 two weeks ago. Bencosme is from the DR, signed on August 14, according to his Instagram.

Amazing how everyone (on the IG app) thanks God and expresses how they believe that God has already blessed him and will accompany him on his journey.  Not knocking but just a different vibe than here in the US when you read congratulations from friends and family.  I remember traveling in the DR and seeing the sign, "Como Quiere Dios" (as God wishes) in many cars and around towns.  Everyone seems truly happy for the young man and may he leave the island for the Show!

Internationally, many 18 year olds have already been passed over by teams once - not saying this is a bad thing because this can be a sweet spot value wise - precisely because many have been passed over already.  There can be some significant value in late risers who gain significant mph regarding pitchers or who grow physically - from say 5'9" to 6'2" in a year.

Hopefully, we can get some info on these two.

May God richly bless him and his family. And amen.
