I agree. Definitely not a bad start. It'll be nice to see if he can maintain mid 90's and work his way up to 7 IP starts.

If you took away the double which got lost in the sun, his numbers against (obviously minuscule sample size) would look a lot better.

Not only that, a sharp grounder hit him and a run scored from second without the ball leaving the infield. What a bizarre play.

Command was outstanding until the fifth inning, maybe he tired a bit. Made me realize how rare it is to see any Oriole pitcher with command like that... not usually our strong suit.
