Arizona's week has the big contrast between visiting Giants and hosting Rockies, but I see Bumgarner's final turn Thursday as maybe fun theater there.

I think for Manny's Padres this Dodgers series is their Super Bowl, and they'll care less about San Fran on the weekend (same as some of us maybe care more about spoiling the Red Sox than the Blue Jays).

if the Giants start 2-0 and Dodgers split, the Giants will be up 3 with four to play before good ol' Madison toes the rubber.

I have absolutely no idea. I’m sure that they are hoping that Baltimore will win a couple of games and settle the issue.

It’s probably been covered here but I don’t have time to check the whole thread. What is the tiebreaker for the first pick if we finish with the same record as Arizona?

Drawing a bit on possible gains with us in Canada, and ARZ getting Road Rockies this weekend, but nonetheless that was an enjoyable end of game.

Saw an article by Roch this AM about the Os tightening the wild card race. Winning a meaningless game for us that may cost us the #1 pick is just awful.
