I think he can certainly be good enough to be an excellent platoon guy vs lefties.

Problem is platooning is pretty much a thing of the last.

I don't blame Jones for not swinging at that pitch one bit.  The hell is the ump looking at there?  Pitch was 6 inches inside.

I don't think so.  It went off the third base bag and the LF got to it fairly quickly.

No. Ball hit third base and bounced into shallow LF.

Ya, home plate ump is having a terrible game. Probably blown 8-10 pitches so far.

Pretty sure he'll at least start the 6th.  Pitch count in the 70s, right?  Retired 13 straight.
