If Baseball America has him as the 26th best player in the draft and says he has a chance to be a below average hitter if everything goes right, then this is the worst draft class ever.

I'm not going to pretend I've heard of this kid until a few minutes ago, but I wonder if that's a typo. Reading the scouting report as a whole, it almost seems like they meant below-average contact skills?
