How do you figure the worst case scenario is that he is probably better than Mountcastle?

MLB.com top 100 has Junior Caminero at #60 and Spencer Jones was a 1st rounder currently unranked.  Jones seems a 'beauty is in the eye of the beholder' type IMO because the K% at A+ dings him a lot for me (but that's not his lower level track record).  I'm hesitant to outbid a Caminero offering, but we can certainly outbid a Spencer Jones package.
