Maybe this is the whole deal -- Angelos said he's not paying for additional uniforms when the team already has lots of uniforms (and that it's inappropriate for MLB to tell him to do a City Connect uniform when he doesn't even live here), then backed off and said he'd spring for City Connect socks but not the rest.

I’ll wait until I see the whole uniform to judge it. They’re all kinda weird anyways. Nothing can be worse than the turn ahead the clock uniforms.

Padres connect unis last year were $$$.  The Nats were pretty great, also.  I hold out hope the Os will be good.
