94-95 is a good velocity for a FB. 102 is a bad velocity if you throw it down the middle, 92 with movement is good enough.

What I mean is 94-95 I feel like isn't even an above average velocity now for a FB, if you like at baseballsavant and stuff like that? 

Whereas my brain any time it sees a pitcher throwing consistently 94-95 still thinks, ah, he's got a very good arm.

My goodness.   First people look at a 4 game hitting slump and decide it says more about our hitting than 50 games of pretty good hitting.   Now we put a 7 spot on the board, and then have a couple scoreless innings and people are concluding something is wrong.    I don't get how people can go through life emphasizing the negative SO much.
