This is why people can't just assume a guy who's called up is going to hit the ground running right away. It sometimes takes time to adjust.

Not a memorable game for Westburg or Cowser.  We'll need more from Cowser especially if Mullins is out for a bit.

This is exactly right. I'm on record saying I'd rather see the kids get their lumps, record be damned this season if they are indeed the future, but it appears that isn't going to be a thing. I expect Cowser will play himself back to AAA.

I think it’s been pointed out that he’s needed some time to adjust after each promotion he’s made.
