if the defense made the plays ..Grayron would be doing a lot better.....maybe even gets 6 innings...Hicks NEEDED to make that catch...same with Frazier on the grounder...both were big inning starters...

Just disagree.  Better defense throughout the game would have made a big difference.

The kid is iust incapable of having an implosion inning. He really has no clue what he is doing. Overall line looks decent (for now). I see almost no difference between him. What was he doing at AAA? Is some of it mental? He has no idea wtf hes doing.

No, they should have sent him out to start the inning however, I would have pulled him the moment any hitter got on base. He hadnt pitched much in a few weeks, so I’m not surprised he ran out of gas.
