Look, I didn't want Coulombe to walk the leadoff batter either.  But listening to the whiners on this board every time a reliever doesn't have a perfect inning, it's just over the top.  Last night, Coulombe allowed a guy to reach on an error and got 3 outs.  Tonight he walked a guy and got 3 outs.  I think that's pretty darn good on back to back nights but the sky is apparently falling the way everyone goes into panic mode is just insane.

But the lecturing every time someone has a minor complaint isn’t over the top at all.

Prospects struggle all the time. But we're in a pennant race now, and we want players who add value to stretch run. If Cowser is the guy to add value so be it, but I won't fault Elias if he goes in another direction.

Sometimes we are going to be emotional and charged with passion.  I think that is why we are here to fellowship with people like ourselves.

Or that is how I see it.  

I just wish people could have positive emotions when we are 23 games over .500 and ahead in this game rather than quivering in fear that we will blow it.  We've been winning close games at a great rate all year yet people seem to think every game is about to self destruct.
