So glad Lopez can't be on the playoff roster. With the way Hyde uses him and other vets you know he'd get charges just like this and blow them.

Cano hasn't pitched 3 consecutive days all year.

Hyde doesn't like to do that with anyone.

However, he only threw 9 pitches Sunday and 3 last night.   I think we might see Hyde break that rule for the first time all year tonight.

Assuming we can get to the 9th with a lead.

Honestly, if we can get Flaherty to pitch a couple of innings and only give up 2 runs, that’s probably the best we can reasonably expect at this point.
